Generation BALT and SB Professionals working together


This past Monday, December 10th, Generation BALT and SB Professionals (SBP) - the South Baltic Programme project focused on promoting labour market dynamics and attractive business environments in the South Baltic Region - officially kicked off their collaboration with a meeting in Rostock, intended to enhance synergies between both projects. The meeting was attended by representatives from the University of Rostock and biuro projektów fidler on behalf of Generation BALT and Rostock Business and REM Consult on behalf of SB Professionals.

As a result of discussions, the projects agreed to interlink some of the services they offer, such as SBP's portal for match-making between employers and employees, which will in the future be connected to Generation BALT's maritime sector training programme researchers and alumni, SBP's career days or Generation BALT's internship programme. The projects also agreed to jointly promote the SB Maritime Alliance, a future cooperation network between academic institutions, R&D centers, business associations, job centers, etc.
